Because our products are made to order, shipping includes more than delivery alone — it also covers the handling, fulfilment, and safe packaging required to ensure your artwork arrives in excellent condition.

Made-to-Order Production & Dispatch

All pieces are created once an order is placed. This allows us to reduce waste and ensure each item is produced with attention to detail. Processing time is the period during which your order is:

Printed and prepared
Carefully packaged for dispatch
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification confirming dispatch.

Please note:

During busy periods (Christmas, Easter, New Year, and other holidays), fulfilment and courier services may take slightly longer than usual.
While we always aim to deliver promptly, occasional delays can occur due to circumstances beyond our control (such as severe weather or courier disruptions).

Returns & Order Changes

Because each item is made specifically for you, we begin production immediately after purchase. For this reason:

Orders cannot be changed or cancelled once placed.
We encourage customers to review their order details carefully before checkout.

Delivery Address Reminder

Please double-check that your delivery address is correct when ordering. Once your parcel has shipped, we are unable to reroute it. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, we can arrange re-delivery, though additional shipping costs will apply.
